Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

 

Experience: 0-4 years

Managerial Experience: 0-3 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred

Degree Field: Business Management, Supply Chain Management or related field

Equivalent Experience/Education: 3+ years of experience in a planning role or a manufacturing/automotive industry.

 

Communication Skills: Intermediate

Foreign Language Required: Preferred.  If yes, what language? Korean 

Foreign Language Skill Level: IRL Level 3 - professional proficiency

Mathematical Skills: Intermediate

 

Certified/Technical Skills

  • N/A

 

Additional/Other Requirements

  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

Role- Supports the Production Control Team through managing subordinates, maintaining contractor headcount, accurate time management and accurate payment, and KPI reporting both within Department and HQ reports as required.

 

  • Create reports and meeting presentations
  • Track overall plant operation status (KPIs, production results, business plans, etc.) and report to HQ
  • Calculate and gather plant’s monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results.
  • Process daily and weekly material resource planning (MRP, set daily/weekly production material requirements).
  • Update new FSC and module codes.
  • Process OEM, Supplier, and Contractor Chargeback Claims due to downtime, part defects, or etc.
  • Create Accounting documents and SAP documents as required for charge back claims and for time management fees.
  • Maintain and update contractor worker headcount.
  • Manage and report daily attendance and performance of outside contractors.
  • Calculate payment for services based on invoiced amounts and time verification.

  • Create, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage Weekend work plan.
  • Standard costing report
  • Other tasks as assigned.
