Role- Supports the Production Control Team through reporting, maintaining contractor headcount and processing material planning.

• Create reports and meeting presentations.
• Track overall plant operation status (KPIs, production results, business plans, etc.) and report to HQ.
• Calculate and gather plant’s monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results.
• Process daily and weekly material resource planning (MRP, set daily/weekly production material requirements).
• Update new FSC and module codes.
• Process OEM Chargeback Claims due to downtime, part defects, or etc.
• Maintain and update contractor worker headcount.
• Calculate payment for services based on vehicles produced per month.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Experience: 0-3 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)

Degree Field: Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field

Equivalent Experience/Education: 3+ years in a planning role in the automotive/manufacturing industry

Communication Skills: Intermediate

Foreign Language Required: No.  If yes, what language? N/A

Mathematical Skills: Intermediate
