We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed-oriented Production Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced environment at Hyundai Mobis. The ideal candidate will work directly with Production management to provide support of the Production process and activities including but not limited to manpower reduction and addition, participation rate, and etc.

• Constantly seek improvements and create a climate where others are encouraged to do the same.
• Control budget and report out monthly budget status for departmental expenses.
• Track and control department expenses.
• Maintain and organize the production supply room.
• Order and stock Production Department supplies.
• Maintain and order plant slogan materials.
• Maintain and control all process documentation for Production Department
• Create production analysis reports for UPH, quality issues, major downtime issues, major rework, and quality countermeasures.
• Maintain all production process alerts and quality alerts.
• Maintain production daily misfeed sheets.
• Work Standard – Make sure the lineside binder is updated with the latest work standard.
• Assist in the training of new temps.
• New Temp daily attendance
• Create and maintain production temp test.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Experience: 0-3 years

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred, NOT REQUIRED

Degree Field: Engineering Technology or a related field preferred, NOT REQUIRED

Equivalent Experience/Education: 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/automotive industry.
