Role: The General Administration (GA) Department Specialist is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions that support the overall wellbeing, efficiency, and culture of the company. This role plays a key part in maintaining internal services, coordinating company programs and events, managing vendor relationships, and serving as a culture agent to promote a positive and engaging work environment. The specialist also supports executive operations and handles various general administrative assignments.
• Bachelor’s/AA degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in general administration or office management roles.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting systems.
