In this role you will join the Quality Assurance team and report to Quality Assurance Manager.

You will accomplish day to day tactical objectives in support of the company and the department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Embraces and promotes company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance and a union-free environment. Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.

 

Responsibilities

Supports the Quality Assurance Team through developing and implementing programs to improve quality, preventing downtime and reporting. 

  • Help prevent OEM downtime due to repair or exchange of parts.
  • Understand the OEM assembly process related to MOBIS Georgia modules.
  • Provide daily reports to Management of Quality Assurance.
  • Review and analyze data for KMMG field warranty claims to determine responsibility and meet with KMMG QA department on a regular basis to resolve issues.
  • Analyze and review warranty and field claims activities and reports.
  • Analyze and review CS1000 data and reports.
  • Develop and implement program/activities to improve field warranty claim issues.
  • Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

 

Experience: 0-3 years   

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)

Degree Field: Business Management or related field

Equivalent Experience/Education: 3+ years of experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry

Communication Skills: Intermediate

Foreign Language Required: No.  If yes, what language? N/A

Foreign Language Skill Level: N/A

Mathematical Skills: Intermediate

 

Certified/Technical Skills

  • N/A

  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
