The Hyundai MOBIS Georgia Plant wields its cutting-edge vehicle modularization technology to manufacture and supply chassis modules, cockpit modules and front-end modules to the KIA Georgia factory. In addition to the three major modules, our Team Members assemble front and rear bumpers in a just-in-sequence manufacturing environment. 

 

In this role you will join the Accounting team and report to Accounting Manager.

 

You will accomplish day to day tactical objectives in support of the company and the department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Embraces and promotes company core values to establish and maintain a culture committed to ethical practices, legal compliance and a union-free environment. Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges.

Responsibilities

Supports the Accounting Team through managing subordinates, maintaining financial documents and reporting.

 

  • Managing Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Income statement, Balance sheets, Journal entries, and all general GL related information.
  • Reconciliation and preparation schedule on long term debts, accrued liabilities, inter-company AP/AR, Profit and Loss.
  • Assist external and internal auditors with quarterly and annual audits by providing requested information.
  • Allocation of overhead costs to units of production.
  • Perform and forecast profitability analysis of new products.
  • Perform standard costing of a new product during a month.
  • Identifying and assisting SAP related issues occurred during a month.
  • Assist and analyze yearly and long-term business planning.
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly Management Financial Reports for Managements and HQ.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

 

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Managerial Experience: 0 – 3 Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)

Degree Field: Accounting or related field

Equivalent Experience/Education: 5+ years of Financial/Managerial Accounting, Auditing, SAP 

Communication skills: Advanced

Foreign Language Required: No.  If yes, what language? N/A

Foreign Language Skill Level: N/A

Mathematical Skills: Advanced
