This position is not remote. This position is onsite located in West Point, GA.

Responsibilities

Expectations:

  • Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals.

Role:

 

Support the Logistics Team through scheduling deliveries, purchasing materials, resolving customer issues and reporting. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage inventories of general supplies.
  • Procure, receive, store and issue material.
  • Manage warehouse product and product flow.
  • Improve and manage 5S in supplier warehouses.
  • Manage warehouse storage optimization.
  • Handle issues regarding KMMG deliverables (missed feeding, missed labeling, etc.).
  • Manage monthly invoices, inventory management invoices and closing costs.
  • Assist with projects and contribute to continuous improvement ideas as needed.
  • Assist with general purchasing of basic warehouse items.
  • Assist with the MOBIS Suggestion Management System as needed.
  • Participate in the C-TPAT, ISO, and GTQ programs.
  • Assist with scheduling CKD container delivery.
  • Mange inventory levels and scheduling delivers from warehouses to MOBIS.
  • Other tasks as assigned. 

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

 

High School Diploma/GED

0-3 years of relevant experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

 

Preferred Competencies:

 

Associates (AA/AS) or Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) 

Supply Chain Management or Business Management

 

Equivalent Experience/Education:

 

6+ years of supply chain management or materials management experience within a manufacturing environment.
